What Pulley users can do now
Export your records first, whichever provider you choose next. Pulley's help center lists these exports:C
- ✓Cap table: Download Cap Table, with All Time checked, gives the full history as an Excel file.
- ✓Documents: Download All in Pulley's Data Room gives one ZIP file, with your folders kept.
- ✓Share certificates: Download All Certificates, if you issued them through Pulley.
- ✓Reports: under Company, then Reports, such as Granted Securities, Vesting Details, Exercised Options and Cancelled Securities.
Pulley says it can't assist a migration to any provider other than Carta, so a move anywhere else starts from these exports.B Check the rebuilt cap table against your signed documents before you rely on it.
Where Diligence Ready fits
You can import an existing cap table from a spreadsheet (CSV imports show a preview step before anything commits) and keep your documents in your own Google Drive or OneDrive. Founders is free for up to 3 users, and Standard is $99/mo for up to 10 users. We don't promise a one-step move from Pulley's export, so plan a review step. Diligence Ready is not affiliated with Pulley or Carta.

Both describe themselves as built for founders, differently.

Cap table management for founders and finance leaders, from first issuance through later-stage equity needs.1
Diligence Ready is built for
Founders and company leaders, plus CFOs, advisors, and accountants managing more than one client's readiness at once.
Both maintain a live cap table as the core record.
Pulley describes a single source of truth for issuances, grants, and vesting, with a fixed price per stakeholder.2 Diligence Ready maintains the same kind of transaction-backed cap table, detailed on our cap table page, connected to financial evidence and diligence documents in the same workflow.

Where Diligence Ready's approach differs, and where it has limits.
Diligence Ready connects the cap table to an ongoing diligence checklist and a shareable data room, built from documents kept current in your own Google Drive or OneDrive. Pulley's help center describes a Pulley Data Room for company documents.C We could not confirm from Pulley's public pages whether it connects to an ongoing diligence checklist, so we don't assume either way. Diligence Ready is a newer, narrower platform overall, and doesn't publish independent security certifications the way Pulley states it does. Whether either tradeoff matters depends on what your company needs.
Ask these before moving a cap table off Pulley or anywhere else.
- ✓ How will historical transactions and prior versions transfer?

- ✓ Who needs to review the migrated cap table before you rely on it?
We don't claim migration between any two providers goes smoothly by default. Plan for a review step regardless of which platform you choose.
